EVENT POLICY

1. Values & Spirit of the Event

Tomodori Fest is built on authenticity, respect, a passion for cars, and a love for aesthetics. We foster a positive, inclusive, and demanding atmosphere—both in style and mindset. Every participant, visitor, or exhibitor contributes to this unique culture.

2. Tickets & Access

Entry is allowed only with a ticket purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold on-site.
Two types of tickets are available: Day Pass (Saturday or Sunday), and Child Pass (under 16 years old).
Tickets are personal and non-refundable, except in the case of official event cancellation.
The venue is accessed via the village of Saint-Maurice-de-Rémens. Free parking is available on-site.

3. On-site Behavior

Any disrespectful, dangerous, or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.
Track access is strictly limited to accredited drivers and staff.
Visitors must not cross into restricted areas or driving zones.
Any form of vandalism is strictly forbidden on site—especially burnouts or property damage within Transpolis, which is fully under video surveillance. Offenders will be held accountable and charged for any damage caused.

4. Displayed Vehicles & Drivers

The static exhibition features vehicles selected by application, with a strong focus on style, finish, and uniqueness.
Drift drivers are invited or recommended; track access is not open to the public without prior approval.
All participants are expected to respect safety rules and the Tomodori spirit.

5. Safety & Responsibility

The event is supervised by a dedicated security team and clear signage. Please follow all on-site instructions.
The organizers decline any responsibility in case of theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal items.

6. Environment & Site Respect

No polluting or disrespectful behavior toward the environment will be tolerated.
Waste sorting bins, clean restrooms, and trash facilities will be available.
Transpolis is a unique location that we must all help protect.

7. Behavior on Public Roads

Visitors and participants are expected to act responsibly outside the event. Public roads are not race tracks.
If you want this type of event to continue, it’s essential to play by the rules and respect the environment, other road users, and the local community.

8. Image Rights

By attending the event, you agree to the possible use of photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear, please notify the staff at the entrance.

9. Changes & Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule for safety or weather-related reasons.
In case of cancellation, tickets will be refunded according to our general terms and conditions.
